The iCANS name, logo, characters (including but not limited to Chief Joy, Captain Overcomer, Rocko, Co-Captain Bright, Alana, Reign, Sunny, and Ship Unstoppable), CanLand branding, artwork, music, and all related content are the property of The iCANS Media Group, LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Third-Party Links & Platforms

The Site links out to third-party platforms — including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify, GoFundMe, and Amazon — for streaming, purchasing, crowdfunding, and social media purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Any purchases, streams, donations, or interactions on those platforms are governed by their own terms and policies.

4. No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

The iCANS is a children’s book and media brand, and much of our content is created with young audiences in mind.
